Create an Agent
Creating a new agent in AgentVoice is a simple process that allows you to quickly configure your AI-powered voice assistant to meet your business needs. Follow these steps to get started:
Name and Description
Begin by giving your agent a name. This will be used for identification purposes and for how the agent will refer to itself during interactions. Next, describe the agent’s purpose and capabilities in the provided text box. This helps you define the agent’s role, which can be useful for organizing multiple agents in your system.
AI Configuration
In this section, you’ll configure your agent’s intelligence. Start by selecting the appropriate LLM (Language Learning Model) Provider that will power your agent. AgentVoice offers several LLM options, ensuring that you can choose the best fit for your use case.
Next, select a Voice Provider from the available options to determine how your agent will sound during calls. This is an important step in personalizing your agent’s voice to match the tone and personality you want to convey to your customers.
Behavior Instructions
Provide detailed instructions that guide how your agent should behave and respond in various scenarios. These instructions shape the way your agent interacts with users, helping it handle conversations with the appropriate tone, pace, and responses.
Post-Call Analysis (Optional)
Optionally, you can configure Post-Call Analysis settings for your agent. This allows you to define the specific goals and objectives for analyzing the call after it concludes. Post-call analysis can help you gather insights such as the purpose of the call, customer satisfaction, or call outcomes.
You can also provide Analysis Instructions, specifying how you want the system to process and interpret the call data. This feature is particularly useful for tracking agent performance and improving future interactions.
Once you’ve completed these steps, click Create Agent to finalize the setup. Your new agent will be ready to start handling calls, interacting with contacts, and leveraging the full range of functionalities available in AgentVoice.
