Contacts

The Contacts section in AgentVoice is where you can manage all your customer and client interactions. This page allows you to import and create contacts for your agents to interact with, ensuring seamless communication and organization.

When a call concludes, a contact is automatically created if it does not already exist. If the contact is already in your system, any new information or notes from the call will be appended to their profile. This feature helps maintain up-to-date records and ensures your agents have all the necessary context for future interactions.
