Accessing the Numbers Section
Navigate to the left side of your screen and click on the Numbers tab. The Numbers interface displays all your current phone numbers and provides tools to search and manage them. Use the search bar to search for specific phone numbers if you have multiple numbers.Business Verification for Regulated Countries

Accessing the Verification Form

Open Settings
Click on Settings in the main sidebar menu.

Navigate to Organization Settings
Click on Organization in the main navigation menu at the top of your dashboard.

Open the Verification Tab
Select the Verification tab from the organization menu options (Details, Address, Verification, A2P/SMS, Team, Appointments, Agency).

Complete the Business Verification Form
Fill out all required fields in the Business Verification form as described below.
Required Information
Business Information
Provide your company’s official registration details:Business Name
Your legal business name as registered with government authorities.
Registration Type
Select your business registration type from the dropdown menu (e.g., Corporation, LLC, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership).
Registration Number
Your official business registration or tax identification number. This should match your government-issued business documents.
Business Website
Your company’s official website URL. This must be a valid, publicly accessible website.
Authorized Representative
Designate a senior manager responsible for phone number management:First Name
First name of the authorized representative.
Last Name
Last name of the authorized representative.
Contact Phone
Phone number for the authorized representative. Note: This cannot be a Twilio number.
Email Address
Email address for the authorized representative.

Troubleshooting Verification Issues

A2P 10DLC Registration for SMS
