Opt-Out Workflow

  • Reply STOP, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message
  • You will receive an immediate confirmation message
  • All SMS communications will stop within 24 hours
  • You can also opt out through your AgentVoice account settings
  • To resubscribe, text START or update your preferences in your account

  • Contact us directly or manage preferences in your AgentVoice account settings

What Happens When You Opt Out

  • You will receive a confirmation message
  • All future SMS communications will cease within 24 hours
  • You can opt back in by texting START or re-subscribing through our platform

Partial Opt-Out Options

You can control specific types of messages from your account settings page, or use these quick commands:

  • Marketing messages only: Reply STOP MARKETING
  • Agent notifications only: Reply STOP AGENT
  • Account notifications only: Reply STOP NOTIFICATIONS
  • Keep security messages: Security and verification messages will continue unless you opt out completely
